Were the films true enough to the books?
I was disappointed about some things. I know the movie can't be too long, but I think there were some good parts left out.

I was very upset when the MWPP storyline was omitted from PoA. Apart from that, they are pretty true to the books.

Yes, it is Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs.

They should have left that in. Sometimes their choices of what's left in and what's cut out surprise me. And of things that are put in, that aren't in the books, that seem to have no importance at all.

I agree, though I liked the R/Hr moments that weren't in the books

The thing that really annoyed me about PoA was that everything happened so... out of time, Harry got his firebolt at the end of the film where in the book he got it in december and the they cut like all of the bit in the shrieking shack out, that really annoyed me, i wanted to see that! Also i know this is really harsh but the new Dumbledore was way to happy and bouncy!!

Lol. Isn't Dumbledore supposed to be that? It also annoyed me that they were wearing normal clothes! I thought wizards and witches didn't know how to dress in muggle clothing?

Dumbledore is supposed to be serious!! Look at him in the first and second film (true that guy died but still) and what was with the way he had his beard, yeah that annoyed me, lol.
You're right the clothing annoyed me too, all though i loved Hermione's pink jacket! She looked a lot prettier in this film as well.
Have you noticed that in each film all of the boys hairs get longer and longer? Look at Draco, Ron, George and Fred, they have the longest hair ever! It's like, what the hell is with that?

yeah I like their hair, but it isn't right for the characters. Plus Emma's hair is getting more and more controlled. it's supposed to be curly and unruly.

I think Hermione looks prettier with her hair the way it is but it looks more like her character in the first movie.

It seems that the more hair the boys have (yay for that, btw! ;D) the less her Emma has. It's weird. And totally out of character. For me, Dumbledore has to be a happy person. Just think of what Harry thought during his funeral. I don't remember the line exactly, but it was something like 'these weren't Dumbledore's kind of words. He like words like nitwit'. And always having candy as a password. Dumbledore just always cracked me up. I miss him.

That was what was so great about him. He was serious enough to deal with all issues, but also crazy enough to win the respect of almost everybody, including a lot of teenagers, who usually disrespect all adults.
